In PE so far I have tried my hardest. I have been really enjoying PE this year. I really like all the different activities we do. This year fitness has been a bit easier and I like the way we are doing different things for fitness. I have really tried this year in some of the fitness activities like insanity and the beep test but think I need to try a little bit harder in some of them like yoga and loco motion. I think I need to try harder in the weight room. I like the actives we do in the small and large gym. I always help with set up the gym equipment and take in down.In PE i like to mostly to work on my cardio. I am trying to focus on being fit and doing more activity when I am away from school not just during PE. I realize that I enjoy fitness if it feels like fun, not just running. I think in PE I deserve a 75-80%.

PE INTERIM
In PE so far I think that I have really tried hard this year. I did really good on the pond run when we did that. My favorite thing todo in PE is playing badminton I also really like when we played rugby. On each fitness day I am trying to do better then my last one. I participate in all activities and help with set up. I have done the community run in 28 minutes would like to work to getting that to 23 minutes I have done pacing on the 25 minute run my laps were 5min 15 seconds, 5 min 45 seconds, 5 min 15 seconds, and 6 minutes and 4 seconds. I would like to be able to do all closer to the 5 min and 15 seconds on each lap.
