Fitness day

Today in fitness we did the beep test. 
I did not do as good as I was hopeing I got 
    Beep test - 5.2 
    Sit and reach- 3
    Plank - 30
    Push ups- 1 
    Balance board - 11
    Jump - 30
    T- test - 13.87 
T-test time 

In fitness today I did not do great on the beep test but it was around what I normal get. When I did the sit and reach, plank , T-test they were all around the same as I always get. I can not do a push up and I never hve been able too so that has stayed the same. I am trying to put more excises into my daily life. I find it hard for me to work out every day but I am trying to do things such as ride a staore bike and using my YMCA membership.

Interim Report

This is my PE interim post.  I feel that I have been working hard in PE this year.  I always show up on time ready to go.  I help set up and get things going.  Although I have missed a few classes due to a terrible head cold I have otherwise been on time for every class.  I have tried hard to improve my scores on fitness days and I try to participate in all other activities that we are doing.  I am also trying to stay active at home as I mentioned in my last blog.   I am doing better in my fitness and will keep trying to improve.  I feel that I have done well in most categories in PE aside from blogging.  I realize that my blogging is not up to some of the classes.  I know that you are looking for videos of workouts and pictures of workouts.  I personally find this very difficult as I do not use any social media.  The only social media I have is this blog.  I like to keep my personal things off of the internet and do not feel comfortable having videos or pictures of me working out.  I understand that this is an important part of PE unfortunately it is not something that comes easily for me.  The idea of having a video of me working out bothers me quite a bit.  I understand it is what you are looking for, and a lot of students are fine with doing this.  I will try to blog more in writing in the future however I don't know if I will be able to do the videos or pictures.  I am hope that this will not affect my final PE mark.  I am enjoy my PE class and fill that it is helping me to achieve my fitness goals.  I think I deserve 77% for this class as I have really try to improve my fitness and have set many personal goals to achieve them.  I need to improve my blogging and will try to do more in the next half.

PE

Had a great day in pe today even though I still have a head cold.  My beep test was 6.2  which was way better then last time.   I felt stronger with plank and still struggle with push ups but I will keep trying.  I stayed consistence on all others.  I am hoping next time when I feel better I will have even better results.  As the weather is turning getting out and exercising is harder but have set up a bike holder (cycle ops) that allows me to use my own bike inside so that has been nice.  I have tried to do riding in the intermission during hockey games. So I am still able to get exercise even when raining.

PE Interim Report

 I am working hard in PE.  I chose to take this class because I want to get healthy and to keep fitness in my daily life.   I have personal goals for PE this year and I am going to try my hardest accomplish them.  In fitness so far I have done better than last year although  I still want to improve my fitness levels.  I am trying at home to watch my eating habits and my whole family is exercising more which helps me.   In PE I always try to help set up and put away equipment.  I also try to participate in every activity even if I am not great at it.  I always try to come to PE ready and willing to try my best.  Even on fitness days, I enjoy 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off.  The hill run is the hardest by I keep going.   My favourite part of PE is when we have choice.   My Goals for PE are to get a 7 on the beep test and to improve my fitness and overall health this year.

Final report

My thoughts about PE  are

PE to me is lots of fun and I enjoy PE. My goal in PE is to get in better shape and be able to do better on my beep test and community runs.

In my test my scores  have improved in some parts and stayed the same in others one of the spots I improved was in the beep test at the beginning of the term I ran a 5 and last time I ran a 5.7 and in the t-test I ran 13.8 at the beginning and now I ran 12.8. I have stayed the same in my balance board test, sit and reach and body bridge.

Active learning and PE are important to me because I want to get in shape and be healthy. I enjoy knowing how to get fit and stay fit even when I do not have PE.

In PE I think that I should deserve 87% and a G for work habits

My motivation to be active is because I want to be fit and feel better about myself. When I am doing PE  I feel like I am doing something for me to make me a healthier person.

I think that my presence in class have been pretty good I have only miss a few classes due to an illness and I brought a note for being away.  Everyday that we have PE  I have been changed in to my PE strip and ready to go on time.  I have not forgot it once.  In PE I think that I have a very good effort and try my hardest  everyday.  My hardest might not be as hard as other peoples but it is mine.  I always try to do my best and bring a positive attitude to class. I would say that on fitness day I probably work out at a level of difficutly of 4 out of 5 most days. 

I did not see very much improvment on my fitness level but I am still motivated to contiue. I did not set many goals this semteter but the ones I did set I achieved them by doing better in most of the fitness and by trying my best.   I think that next year I will take PE again to stay fit and be healthy.
