I did not do as good as I was hopeing I got
Beep test - 5.2
Sit and reach- 3
Plank - 30
Push ups- 1
Balance board - 11
Jump - 30
T- test - 13.87
In fitness today I did not do great on the beep test but it was around what I normal get. When I did the sit and reach, plank , T-test they were all around the same as I always get. I can not do a push up and I never hve been able too so that has stayed the same. I am trying to put more excises into my daily life. I find it hard for me to work out every day but I am trying to do things such as ride a staore bike and using my YMCA membership.

I think you have nailed the biggest thing for you moving forward. For major changes to happen in your fitness goals the lifestyle changes at home need to move. So finding things you enjoy (if you try to do things you hate that look like a hard workout you won't do it) and ways to adjust your diet that don't make you get crazy cravings. Little life changes that your family and friends support and that you at least "kind of" enjoy will be critical to your success.
