PE Interim Report

 I am working hard in PE.  I chose to take this class because I want to get healthy and to keep fitness in my daily life.   I have personal goals for PE this year and I am going to try my hardest accomplish them.  In fitness so far I have done better than last year although  I still want to improve my fitness levels.  I am trying at home to watch my eating habits and my whole family is exercising more which helps me.   In PE I always try to help set up and put away equipment.  I also try to participate in every activity even if I am not great at it.  I always try to come to PE ready and willing to try my best.  Even on fitness days, I enjoy 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off.  The hill run is the hardest by I keep going.   My favourite part of PE is when we have choice.   My Goals for PE are to get a 7 on the beep test and to improve my fitness and overall health this year.

  1. I like this post! Now… the next step is to lay out a plan and record the specifics of what you do. I want to see recipes and pictures of "healthy" eating. I want to see videos of family exercises. I want to see you fitness scores and weight room choices. Start writing everything down… details!
